Service： It has been an absolute pleasure ordering from this company.  My sales representative Claire was wonderful in answering all of numerous question quickly and thoroughly even despite the 12 hour time difference from New York to Bejing.  I had interaction with other laser companies before who was very slow respond to my question or they did not address any of my questions at all.   In contrast, Triangel laser company was a pleasure to work with.   My interaction with Claire never felt rushed or had any signs of impatience.  She was very courteous and professional, and made a great effort to help me learn about this laser machine.  Even asking me to join webnar to get some training on using this device.   Since I did not know much about this machine, I felt nervous about using it but rest assured, this company and Claire will teach you every thing there is to learn with proper protocols to safely treat your patients.  Once again thanks Triangel !
